StrucMAC Facilities & Equipment

We operate from our advanced facility based in Elandsfontein, Johannesburg, using the latest equipment to conduct earthmoving repairs, Non Destructive Testing, CNC milling and turning, and many other services. We also have dedicated teams who are able to be on-site for specific projects. We facilitate approximately 2 x 16 ton portal cranes and 18 overhead cranes ranging from 4 ton up to 40 ton, which are serviced monthly.

We use only the latest technology at our CNC facilities to provide excellent service and quality products to our clients. Our CNC operators also receive international training Canada and the USA.

Sandblasting System with Dust Extraction and Filtration

StrucMAC invested in a sandblasting system with dust extraction and filtration to reduce airborne contaminants from polluting the environment, improving air quality for employees and contributing to a better product quality for customers.

On-Site Line Boring and Stress Relieving

StrucMAC provides a fully mobile line boring and stress-relieving service to the mining, earthmoving and construction industries. Where ever you need any line boring done StrucMAC will be there with professional advice and outstanding service.

Flame Cutting Division

StrucMAC’s Flame Cutting Division is a big part of its success. Enabling greater control over the quality and lead time of the required base materials, which ultimately affects the quality of the final product.
