Earthmoving Repairs and Rebuilds
StrucMAC offers total rebuilds and repairs to various types of mining machinery.
We specialise in the repair and remanufacture of most LHD Mining Buckets, H-Frames and Booms. Service exchange units are available on most LHD Mining Buckets, H-frames and Booms.
We also specialise in all the major repairs and rebuilds of the drill rig masts and rotary power head boxes. Service exchange units are also available on Atlas drill rig boom parts.
StrucMAC rebuilds and performs major repairs on a variety of underground LHDs and TMMs, as well as keeps a large selection of standard components in our stores.
CNC Milling, Drilling and Turning
CNC Machining is the automation of machine tools to fabricate a range of components. We use the latest technology in all of our CNC Milling, Drilling and Turning services.

Stress Relieving and Non Destructive Testing
Non Destructive Testing (NDT) predominantly involves checking welds for cracks and blow holes.
We use a white developer spray followed by a black magnetic ink spray. We then place a magnet onto the workpiece, close to the area we are testing. This pulls the magnetic ink into any cracks that may be present. We can then highlight these areas for repair.
