About us

Our History

StrucMAC’s history began in 1995 as a precision engineering company. Our first factory consisted of a 100m² facility with 5 employees. StrucMAC now has a state of the art 14 800m² manufacturing workshop facility, modern digitised production systems, a professionally qualified contingent of precision planners, machining engineers and artisans, a quality management system developed over a period of more than 20 years, and a workforce of 150 employees. We are also presently in the process of finalising our third state of the art workshop and have a firm strategy in place for continued growth within the industry.

 

We owe our success to our committed, dedicated team, our leadership’s continual strive for the highest engineering standards and quality, and the fact that our customers have, and always will be, our main priority.

Latest Technology

StrucMAC is the leader when it comes to upgrading systems to provide the best possible service and quality to our customer base. This is shown by our various CNC facilities which include high-frequency stress-relieving machines, CNC profile cutting machines, a laser cutting machine up to 20 mm thick, milling machines and more. StrucMAC’s CNC operators receive international training in Canada and the U.S.A.

We are the proud owner of the biggest CNC milling machine in South Africa.

It has a bed of 2,5m x 4,2m x 1,8m high and the biggest CNC 4 AXIS horizontal boring mill with a capacity of 4m x 4m x 10m long.
